This 20 m² studio is on the 3rd floor with an elevator in Saint-Roch and is the perfect place for 2 people. You will enjoy the proximity to many tourist attractions, such as Fort du Mont Alban. Additionally, the Saint-Roch tram station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It is available only for mobility leases (30 days minimum).

The dining area offers a table that seats two. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential appliances and utensils needed to prepare your meals, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and espresso machine.
The bathroom comes with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
