L'appartamento è organizzato al suo interno come segue: unico ambiente suddiviso in zona notte con letto matrimoniale e divano e zona giorno con zona cucina con piano cottura elettrico a 2 fuochi, frigorifero, microonde. Bagno con lavatrice, bidet e box doccia. Ulteriori servizi a disposizione degli ospiti: riscaldamento centralizzato, split AC, wifi.
