Puoi andare a piedi al Villaggio Olimpico e alla Fondazione Prada in 15 minuti, al Lubna in 10, o prendere la metro e, in tre fermate, sei al Duomo. In macchina ti puoi spostare comodamente e raggiungere facilmente le varie manifestazioni olimpiche di Milano. Parcheggiare in strada è possibile, a pagamento o gratuitamente, in zone limitrofe. Linea autobus n° 95 fronte casa. Supermercati, bar e servizi utili li trovi nelle immediate vicinanze.

Ingresso con appendiabiti e contenitore svuotatasche, da cui si accede al bagno e alla zona giorno-notte. Affaccio tramite porta finestra e un balcone su area libera, ben distanziata da altri palazzi, esposto ad est: la mattina entra la luce ed illumina tutta la stanza.

La zona è dotata di un tavolo per quattro persone, con sedute comode sia per mangiare che per lavoro; vicino vi è una presa da cui poter collegare PC o smartphone. Un comodo divano si trasforma facilmente in un letto. Biancheria letto e doppi cuscini in dotazione.

Mobile-bar con Smart TV, spazio per valigia a terra e aperto in quota. Armadio a parete.

Cucinotto aperto ma separato, con finestra, dotato di comodi fuochi ad induzione, microonde con funzione vapore e cotture varie, macchinetta caffè Nespresso, bollitore, tostapane e stoviglie varie. Servizio di piatti, posate, bicchieri e utensili necessari alla cucina.

Bagno in resina con bidet e doccia con scarico a parete, da mantenere libero da capelli o altro che possa ostacolare il normale defluire dell'acqua. Si prega di usare le apposite ciabatte in dotazione e, per un’eventuale pulizia, di usare acqua calda e SOLO detergente neutro in dotazione.

A small, strategic, functional, and stylish base. You can walk to the Olympic Village and the Prada Foundation in 15 minutes, to Lubna in 10 minutes, or take the metro and reach the Duomo in just three stops. By car, you can move around comfortably and easily reach the various Olympic events in Milan. Street parking is available, either paid or free, in nearby areas. Bus line no. 95 stops right in front of the building. Supermarkets, bars, and useful services are located in the immediate vicinity.

Entrance with coat rack and empty-pocket tray, from which you can access the bathroom and the living/sleeping area. The apartment opens through a French door onto a balcony overlooking an open area, well distanced from other buildings, east-facing: in the morning, natural light fills and brightens the entire room.

The area is equipped with a table for four people, with comfortable seating suitable both for dining and working; nearby there is a power outlet for connecting a PC or smartphone. A comfortable sofa easily converts into a bed. Bed linen and double pillows are provided.

Bar cabinet with Smart TV, space for a suitcase on the floor and overhead open storage. Built-in wall wardrobe.

Open but separate kitchenette with window, equipped with induction cooktop, microwave with steam and multiple cooking functions, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and various kitchenware. Complete set of plates, cutlery, glasses, and essential kitchen utensils.

Resin bathroom with bidet and shower with wall drain, which must be kept free of hair or anything that could obstruct normal water flow. Please use the provided slippers, and for any cleaning, use hot water and ONLY the neutral detergent supplied.
