IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS:

Bills: €150 per month (payable in advance, at the beginning of the month) - € 150 includes expenses for tari, water, condominium expenses and electricity consumption up to 100 kWh (any excess will be calculated € 0.50 for each additional kWh, detected by meter counter)
Cleaning (including weekly bed linen + towels change): weekly - 200€ per month (MANDATORY)

The washing machine and the clothes dryeris not inside the apartment but located at underground floor. For using them, you can buy tokens from our house keeper (1 token= €3,50 / 3 tokens= €10). The Laundry area is furnished with iron, ironing board and drying rack.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
