The 2 levels are not acoustically isolated from each other and there are no doors separating them
Please note: there are washing machines and dryers in the building on the floor -1 shared with other guests. They are active every day from 8 am to 7 pm. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the elevator.
NOTE: It is mandatory to sign a short lease contract that involves administrative costs between 50 € and 150 €: the guest will be informed of these expenses at the time of conclusion of the contract. IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE AN ITALIAN TAX CODE
