The tenants will be able to enjoy spacious communal areas - the apartment has a large, fully equipped kitchen and one shared bathroom with a bathtub. It doesn't have a living room, however, you can spend time with your flatmates in the dining area which also has a television or on the balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views. The 85m2 apartment is just minutes away from the Bocconi University and it's surrounded by restaurants, bars and cafes, along with several parks.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
