RENTAL TERMS AND REQUIRED CRITERIA FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER
The property owner requires tenants to meet the following criteria:
- Students with parents as guarantors on the rental agreement.
Note: Lease agreements will have a duration of 12 months.
REQUIRED GUARANTEES:
The security deposit of €2,000.00 (flat rate) will be paid upon signing the lease agreement. At the end of the tenancy, €500 (flat rate) will be deducted for repainting and environmental sanitization.
Note: The lease registration fee will be €100.00.
The lease termination fee will be €100.00 and will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the tenancy.
The property owner requires the following documents to be provided by both the tenant and the guarantors:
TENANT DOCUMENTS:
- Identity card and tax code of the individual who will sign the contract.
GUARANTORS’ DOCUMENTS:
- Identity card and tax code of the guarantors.
- If the guarantor is an employee:
- The last two income tax returns.
- If the guarantor is a freelancer or a company director:
- The last two income tax returns.
- Upon acceptance of the rental proposal, the deposited amount will be credited as payment of the first month's rent.
- The security deposit will be paid at the time of signing the rental agreement.

Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
