- IMPORTANT: This property manager will require you to sign a rental contract , drawn up according to Italian law and approved by the trade associations for the protection of owners and tenants. Each contract reflects the conditions contained in the Spotahome booking confirmation. It must be signed on arrival and without subscription the house keys will not be delivered.
- Payment method: cash; bank transfer
- Deposit: must be paid before check-in date, and it will be returned after your departure once all the utilities bills have been accounted for

- Admin fee: 250€ (To be paid in cash at check-in)

Landlords have a maximum of 24 hours to accept or reject your booking request. If the landlord accepts, you will be charged the first payment and we will put you in contact with your new landlord. If he/she refuses or does not reply, our team will provide you with new alternatives.
