In addition to the rental fee, the following costs apply:
- Security deposit, refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damages occur.
- Final cleaning fee: €150.
- Monthly management fee: €150, which includes:
- Assistance for any needs.
- Contract registration with the Italian Revenue Agency.
- Provision of bed linen, towels, and a welcome kit.
- Routine and extraordinary maintenance.
- 7/7 emergency support.
Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary and the contracts to be signed:
- Short-Term Contract: Regulates the payment made on the platform.
- Service Contract: Defines the management of the stay by Shura Apartments.
- Temporary Lease Agreement: Between the guest and the property owner.
Before check-in, the following is required:
- Signing the contracts.
- Registering via the provided link with your personal documents.
- Paying the required amounts.
Important Notice:
The Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) is mandatory for registering the temporary lease agreement and must be obtained at the Embassy or the Italian Revenue Agency within 30 days of arrival to avoid penalties.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
