The Area
The apartment is located halfway down the historic Corso Sempione, a long avenue that leads toward the namesake park. The view toward the Arco della Pace immediately evokes the Champs-Elysées in Paris, making this one of the most charming areas of Milan. The location is excellent for both tourists and locals who want to enjoy a pleasant evening in the venues in the area, take a stroll among the market on Via Fauchè, or experience the modernity of City Life, which is easily accessible on foot or via the M5 metro's lilac line, boarding at the Domodossola stop.
The Apartment
The enviable feature of this apartment is the terrace, surrounded by greenery and comfortably equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol. Upon entering the home, you'll find a living room equipped with everything you need: a sofa, a dining table with two seats, a wall-mounted TV, and its corresponding stand. Next to the French door, there's also a kitchenette with various appliances, including a refrigerator, induction stove, dishwasher, and oven.

- During the check-in, you will sign a tenancy agreement and will be filed in the city hall (stamp duty of €16 and 1% of the rent with a minimum of €67). There are exemptions in tax withholding cases (cedolare secca).

The deposit must be paid before your check-in date. It will be refunded within one week from the check-out.
