This Landlord can only accept tenants with a transitional reason, meaning students, post-graduate students, phd researchers, interns, or fixed-term contract workers
IMPORTANT: In order to secure the stay, this Landlord requires the following documentation to be sent as soon as the booking has been confirmed:
- copy of valid identification document or passport
- date and place of birth
- copy of last 3 pay stubs if worker, or parent if student
- address of residence
- reason for stay
- Italian tax code, if you already have one (otherwise you will have to request it before entry)
IMPORTANT: Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send to the Landlord the required documentation for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs not collected from Spotahome (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.
- Check-in must be done in person between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. .
Arrival time must be communicated and agreed upon no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
- Check-out must be done by 11:00 am.
Any time shift and/or change request is possible only upon confirmation.
