ALTIDO wants your stay to be fantastic and we encourage you to consider this property your home away from home. However, there are some points that we kindly ask guests to observe before their arrival and during their stay:
Smoking is strictly prohibited, parties are not permitted and pets are not permitted.
Dispose of waste appropriately.
Keep the property clean and tidy.
While it is appreciated to wash dishes and strip beds upon check-out, it is absolutely not required.
The quiet time is between 10pm and 9am. We therefore ask you to make less noise and respect the neighbors of the building.
Remember to close all windows and doors when you leave.
It is extremely important to pay attention to your keys. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from lost keys or locksmith work.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we require all guests to complete the online check-in form and provide valid identification.
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules for waste collection and recycling. Hours are different for each city and guests can find written instructions at the property.
According to Italian law, guests are required to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. ALTIDO will not allow access if the online check-in form has not been completed or if the city tax has not been paid.
The condominium (centralized) heating will operate according to a timetable, as required by Italian law, and the heating cannot be regulated. The timetable will work as follows: from 6.00 to 9.00, from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 20.00 to 23.00.
The maximum temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both for centralized and independent heating. (This does not apply to AO properties.)
Please do not use more than one appliance at the same time. Failure to do so may result in power outages. In this case, guests will have to reset the fuse box.
