Landlord policies
Utilities (gas, electricity, electricity) are included up to a maximum of € 70 per month. Any surpluses will be billed separately. The tourist visa is not a valid document to sign the contract. To subscribe, a tax code and a valid passport are required. If the person who signs the contract is a company, 30% more rent will be required due to additional taxes and charges. The rental contract can be drawn up for a maximum of 18 months, but can be extended or renewed upon expiry. In the event of early termination, a supplement of € 100 and a notice of 30 or 60 days is required, depending on the duration of the contract. Final cleaning of 45 € is not included in the price. Optional cleaning service available for a fee at a cost of € 10 per hour. Linen and towels are provided free of charge. Spoken languages: Italian, English, French.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
