Bills are not included in the monthly rent. It's a minimum amount that must be paid to the landlord. If consumption exceeds the monthly payment, the difference will be deducted from the deposit.
Pets: we only accept pets weighing up to 7 kg. The fee is per pet. If no damage, the pet fee will be refunded.
In properties where registration is allowed, it is only available for stays of 6+ months.
