The pocket-sized chic
Because I want something simple and stylish
Will I like it here?
That depends.
Are you an incurable fashionista looking for a classy, compact spot? Want something to go hand in hand with your vogueish lifestyle?
Really? Tell me more...
You will love how much is packed here. With a snug couch, a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen, and a fashionable loft-level sleeping area, you're all set to lounge your days away in style.
We think it’s ideal for someone looking for a hip spot in the heart of Madrid. Located right next to the city center, Almagro offers a wide array of cool bars, restaurants, and cafes to enjoy on your weekend adventures.
Your top 3 reasons to live here:
- The open-plan layout. Save time and space.
- The simple decor. Easy does it.
- Become a regular at Café Comercial. It's a local institution.
But you need to know this...
- The studio is interior, so it doesn't get much natural light – there are so many things to see in Almagro that you'll barely spend any time indoors.
- There's no oven in the kitchen – those homemade cookies will have to wait.
Your Home-checker, Marcos, said:
“I loved this property. It’s a nice studio apartment in one of the most vibrant barrios in Madrid. You've got everything you need right at your doorstep, including public transport.”
Help me make up my mind…
This is a neat ground floor, studio apartment on Calle De Sagasta, Madrid. It boasts open-plan living and minimalistic decor close to the trendiest eateries in town.
We think this apartment is perfect for someone looking to live central. More chill than Chueca or Malasaña but decidedly more hipster-y than Centro, Almagro is an excellent starting point for your Madrid adventure.
Why rent this accommodation?
- Reading in bed – who doesn't love lazy mornings.
- Soaking up the decor – love the exposed wooden beams.
- Enjoying an espresso at Café Comercial – a local favorite.
