- The deposit must be paid by cash during check-in
- Admin fee of 60 Euros is payable in cash at the time of check-in.
- City registration (empadronamiento): not possible
- In case of the need of an invoice, tenants should note that we do NOTassume the VAT, which is equivalent to 10% in Spain. TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED for the accommodation.
- Kids are not allowed
- For more than 1 tenant, there is an extra charge per additional person, equivalent to 50 Euros per month.
- Check-in/out:
- Check-in: Every day from 15:00 to 22:00.
- Check-in-late from 22:00 to 00:00 are 20€ supplement and from 00:00 to 1:30 are 30€ supplement.
- Check-out or Departure from the Studio at 11 A.M. at the latest (CHECK-OUT TIME IS NOT NEGOTIABLE).
- One day before check-out, a maintenance fee of 60 euros must be paid in cash.
- Taxes and commissions for credit cards and/or bank transfers are NOT included.
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French, Italian.
- Your landlord does not live on the property.
- This landlord offers a specific COVID-19 disinfection protocol, including surfaces, air filters and bed linen.
