This studio apartment is on Calle San Lorenzo in Chueca, in the heart of Madrid. On the fourth floor without an elevator, this studio is divided into two floors. On the first floor, you will find the living area, bathroom, and kitchen and on the second floor, the bedroom. There is plenty of natural light here. When entering, you will immediately see the bathroom, the kitchen, and the living area. In the bathroom, there is a shower, sink, and a toilet. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find the stove, microwave, the washing machine, the small fridge, and plenty of cabinet space. Outside the kitchen window, you can dry your clothes on the lines. In the living area, there is plenty of storage with wardrobes and cabinets. The couch in the living area can turn into a bed and there is a nice table that folds up and down for dining. There is also a desk available under the staircase. Up the stairs, you’ll find a double bed with a chest of drawers. If you are tall, the ceiling is quite low. There is also a great storage area for all of your belongings up top.
When living in Chueca, you are living in the middle of the action. Right next to Tribunal metro station, you can easily move around the city. Chueca, Madrid’s gay-friendly neighborhood, is known for its bars and restaurants. You’ll want to eat out whenever you can. Walk down Fuencarral street and enjoy all of the shops and eateries like Lateral, a famous restaurant with great tapas. Supermarkets nearby include Carrefour Express.
