If the request is accepted without requesting documentation, it is necessary to provide it within 3 days after the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
Payment method: bank transfer.
Check-in: Check-in and the sign of the contract is at the apartment. Admin fee + Deposit + first month bills (when not included) must be paid at check in.
Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:
- Room shared: between €75 and €120 + VAT
- Studios: between €90 and €120 + VAT
- Apartments: between €120 and €180+ VAT
- Cleaning fee in shared rooms: 60€/month will be charged for the cleaning of thee common areas.
Bed linen optional: 125€ per bed (Includes duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow cases, bottom sheet)
TV optional (Smart TV):
- 32”:20€ per month
