- Maximum permitted tenant age: 35.
- Registration is possible as long as the length of stay is at least 6 months.
- Deposit:
- Deposit is equal to a monthly rent plus 100€.
- The deposit must be paid before arrival in order to be able to send check-in instructions.
- In case of cancellation, the deposit won't be refunded.

- Check-in/out info:
- Check-in: from 12:00 on the first day of the contract. The key collection is with code.
- Check-out: at 11:00 on the last day of the contract.
- Minimum stay:
- From January to the end of June.
- June, July and August: 30 days.
- From September to the end of December.
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish. We answer any language via email.
- Your landlord does not live on the property.
