- It is mandatory to provide ID, university enrollment confirmation, and parents contact details (If applies), to proceed with the booking. In case of workers, the last 2 payrolls and the contract will be requested.
- Provide personal documentation and proof of your temporary stay.
- The age required is from 18 years to 35 years old.
- Respect the rules of coexistence, both in the dwelling and in the neighborhood community, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- Visits from friends and family must be agreed upon with the other flatmates.Under no circumstances are such visitors allowed to stay overnight in the house.
- Do not smoke inside the house, including your own room.
- Do not possess weapons or explosives, consume any type of drugs or abuse alcoholic beverages.
