The rooms all come fully furnished and the tenants will have to share 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that these rooms don't have the A/C, however, they all come with a heating unit.
Located on Calle Bailen, you'll be just steps away from Palacio Real, from where you can enjoy some of Madrid's best sunsets. The area is full of cafes, bars and restaurants - they're all waiting for you to experience the best tapas and authentic Spanish cuisines. You'll have easy access to most of Madrid's attractions and will be just a short walk away from Madrid's city centre - Puerta de Sol.
