La propiedad cuenta con 133 m² aproximadamente distribuidos en seis habitaciones y dos baños, además de una cocina totalmente equipada con nevera, horno y microondas. El apartamento dispone de aire acondicionado, calefacción eléctrica a gas natural e internet para que te sientas como en casa. El servicio de limpieza en las zonas comunes es obligatorio por solo 60€ al mes, asegurando un ambiente siempre impecable.

Landlord request documents to validate your request. If you don't provide them, your request will be rejected.The salary of the tenant or parents in the case of students must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.

Documents required:

  • ID / Passport for all tenants

For self-employed: Last income tax return

For students:

  • University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property
  • Proof that the salary of the parent is at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.

For Professionals:

  • Work contract: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
  • Proof that the salary of the tenantis at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
  • Last two Pay slips.
  • Spanish Vida Laboral, if applicable
  • Regular Home address

***Important***If the request is accepted without requesting documentation, it is necessary to provide it within 3 days after the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.

  • Check-in: Check-in and the sign of the contract is at the apartment. Admin fee + Deposit + first month bills (when not included) must be paid at check in.
  • Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:
    • Room shared: between €75 and €120 + VAT
    • Studios: between €90 and €120 + VAT
    • Apartments: between €120 and €180+ VAT
  • Cleaning fee in shared rooms: 60€/month will be charged for the cleaning of thee common areas.
