If you walk south or southeast, you’ll also run into another three smaller-scale parks. There are a few local cafés and restaurants just in case you aren’t in the mood for cooking, but there are ample markets and both Dia and Mercadona supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away.

• Lucero (on Line 6) and Batan (on Line 10) are the closest metro stations to the apartment. It's only a 10-minute walk to reach either of them.
• In addition to metro Line 10, the Laguna station connects to the Cercanías railway network, and it's only 15 minutes from the apartment.
• Calle Sepúlveda is only 3 minutes away and it has several bus stops with day and night routes.
