You'll love these contemporary, comfortable rooms for rent in a totally modern and chic residence on Calle de San Leonardo in Malasaña. Each room is stylishly decorated and some have en-suite bathroom. There is a large kitchen with 2 double sinks and multiple stove tops, where each room has its own assigned cupboard, with a lock. Cross Plaza de España and you'll find yourself at the Royal Palace. 5 minutes further, and you'll be in Plaza Mayor, one of the city's most famous landmarks. Malasaña itself is a hub of great bars and restaurants, and hip culture. A few minute's walk away, on the far side of Calle San Bernardo, is the busiest area, awash with people even on the quietest of days.
