Rooms Madrid alquila esta fantástica habitación en piso compartido, ubicada en la calle Cardeñosa 13, que pertenece al madrileño distrito de Vallecas (Entrevías). Todas las habitaciones incluyen conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad.
En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, microondas y horno eléctrico) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería). Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta con dos Baños completos, uno con plato de ducha y el otro con bañera. Podrás disfrutar de un gran salón con sillones y con un patio de acceso directo desde la cocina
Rooms Madrid realiza una limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes de este piso.
Caben destacar varios aspectos positivos sobre su ubicación que te proporciona una serie de ventajas a la hora de moverte en trasporte publico. Puedes disfrutar a solo unos pasos de la avenida Entrevías (Vía principal), en la puerta de nuestra casa tenemos parada de autobuses: 102 ( la línea 102 se adentra en el barrio de Entrevías, tiene su cabecera periférica en la estación de cercanías de El Pozo y llega a su cabecera en Atocha a través del distrito de Arganzuela (calle de Méndez Álvaro) en vez del distrito de Retiro (Avenida de la Ciudad de Barcelona. Al lado se encuentra la estación de cercanías ASAMBLEA DE MADRID, les dejamos referencias respecto a algunas universidades.
