En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, vitrocerámica, lavadora, nevera, microondas), y todo el menaje necesario para que no tengas que preocuparte por nada mas (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería, utensilios de cocina, etc..). Además, la casa cuenta con un amplio salón con sofá y mesa de comedor, la casa es muy luminosa gracias a su orientación exterior. Asimismo, la propiedad cuenta una entrada independiente, sin vecinos colindantes, con dos puertas de acceso, lo brinda una mayor seguridad a los huéspedes. El piso dispone de un amplio baño completo, con plato de ducha.
Rooms.Madrid realiza dos limpiezas mensuales de las zonas comunes de este piso.
Con respecto a la ubicación de esta vivienda, se enmarca en una zona privilegiada, y por tanto provista de todo tipo de servicios: pequeño comercio, restauración, bancos, centro de salud y farmacias, centros culturales, está a tan solo 10 min de la piscina municipal de Vallecas, y a tan solo 3 min andando de la Plaza de la Constitución. Esta calle está a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Buenos Aires (línea 1), llegarás en 15 min a Sol y a toda la zona céntrica de Madrid. La zona, además, cuenta con el paso de varias líneas de autobús en las proximidades, por ejemplo, en la avenida Buenos Aires a solo dos calles líneas: Autobús: 10, 136, 310.
