La vivienda se sitúa en una tercera planta, en una finca construida en 1986, y tiene una superficie total construida de 110 m2, distribuida en cocina equipada y amueblada, 6 habitaciones privadas, baño y zonas de paso. . En cuanto a la zona, nos encontramos en una extensión natural del Puente de Vallecas muy bien comunicada por carretera con zonas estratégicas como Méndez Álvaro y Atocha, los nudos viarios M-40, M-45 y A-3, en calles amplias, arboladas y rodeadas de zonas verdes que permiten respirar y abstraerse del ruido y el estrés habitual en la capital. Como transporte público encontramos varias líneas de autobús, amén de la estación de cercanías de Renfe El Pozo. La zona está dotada de supermercados, pequeño comercio, centro cultural, etc.
