Equivalent to one month’s rent plus the utility bill amount for the first month.
It must be paid by bank transfer before check-in, together with the first month’s utilities.
The deposit will be returned within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the contract, once all utility costs and the condition of the property have been checked.

- Equivalent to one month’s rent plus the utility bill amount.
- Payable in cash at check-in.

Check-in: Any day of the week
- Standard hours: 09:00 to 20:00 → Free
- Late check-in (20:00 to 24:00) → €50 fee
Check-out: Any day, before 11:00 AM on the last day of your contract

Preferred stay periods:

- In July and August, short stays are welcome — even up to one month
