La conexión a internet está incluida, lo que facilita tus estudios o trabajo remoto.
Situado a solo 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad, esta ubicación te permite disfrutar de lo mejor de Madrid sin renunciar a la tranquilidad. El check-in se realiza en el apartamento y el check-out incluye una tasa de limpieza descontada del depósito. No se permiten mascotas ni fumar dentro del inmueble.
Para reservar, se requieren documentos como DNI/Pasaporte, declaración de la Renta (para autónomos), carta de aceptación de la universidad/escuela/acuerdo de pasantía (para estudiantes), entre otros. Los métodos de pago aceptados son transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito, PayPal y efectivo.
El uso de la lavadora y secadora tiene un coste de 5€ cada uno y la limpieza de las zonas comunes es obligatoria por un importe de 60€ mensuales.

Landlord request documents to validate your request. If you don't provide them, your request will be rejected.The salary of the tenant or parents in the case of students must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
Documents required:
- ID / Passport for all tenants
For self-employed: Last income tax return
For students:
- University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property
- Proof that the salary of the parent is at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
For Professionals:
- Work contract: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
- Proof that the salary of the tenantis at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
- Last two Pay slips.
- Spanish Vida Laboral, if applicable
- Regular Home address
***Important***If the request is accepted without requesting documentation, it is necessary to provide it within 3 days after the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.

- Check-in: Check-in and the sign of the contract is at the apartment. Admin fee + Deposit + first month bills (when not included) must be paid at check in.
- Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:
- Room shared: between €75 and €120 + VAT
- Studios: between €90 and €120 + VAT
- Apartments: between €120 and €180+ VAT
- Cleaning fee in shared rooms: 60€/month will be charged for the cleaning of thee common areas.
- Bed linen optional: 125€ per bed (Includes duvet, duvet cover, pillows, pillow cases, bottom sheet)

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
