- If you move in on or after the 16th, Spotahome covers the first 30 days, and you have to pay the next month to the landlord.
- Bills are not included and must be paid 150€/month. Admin fee offer of €450 only for June, July, and August 2027; for longer bookings, the fee is 1 month’s rent + bills + 21% VAT.
