Para poder entrar necesitas: - Proveer alguna identificación (ya sea Pasaporte, DNI, NIE, etc) - Se requiere un mes de fianza como Depósito de seguridad. - Medio mes de gastos administrativos

The flat have all transportation media within 2 minute walk and you can also get to Puerta del Sol in a 15 minute walk, this are the closest transportation: - Metro: Tribunal. - Bus: 002 - N9 (Nocturno o Búho it departures from Cibeles,on the center of the city and leaves you at 2 minutes walk from the flat)
To be able to enter on the flat this is what you will need: - Provide us with some ID (it could be an ID from the european community, Passport, DNI, NIE, etc) - It is required a month of payment as a security deposit. - Half a month payment as administrative expenses.
We speak English and Spanish for more comfort of communication.
