La vivienda cuenta con todo lo necesario para entrar a vivir; totalmente amueblada y con los enseres suficientes para que no tengas que preocuparte por nada. La cocina equipada con electrodomésticos, vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, frigorífico grande, lavadora y utensilios (cubertería, ollas, sartenes…). Dispone de 2 baños con plato de ducha. Calefacción por gas natural y aire acondicionado funcional en toda la vivienda. La urbanización cuenta con 2 entradas, portero físico 24hs, servicio de limpieza todos los días, una gran piscina, dos pistas de pádel, zonas verdes y un cuarto para la basura. La finca cuanta con dos ascensores. Uno de los grandes beneficios que tiene el piso es su grandiosa ubicación, en los alrededores hay bares de todos los estilos, bancos, restaurantes, farmacias, centros médicos, pequeños comercios, supermercados, un lugar para disfrutar al aire libre, Madrid Río es un amplio pasillo —de más de 10 km de longitud— en ambas márgenes del río Manzanares, en la parte suroeste de la ciudad. Antes, esta zona la ocupaba el trazado de la M-30, pero desde que la circunvalación fue soterrada, gracias a unas obras que se prolongaron desde 2006 a 2010, ese espacio se ha convertido en un agradable lugar para pasear, hacer deporte, tomarse un refresco, jugar, columpiarse, observar el río, admirar sus puentes… Los ciudadanos hemos recuperado este territorio con gran alborozo y, sobre todo los fines de semana, lo disfrutamos casi de forma masiva. Piso muy acogedor, excelente convivencia, gestionado por profesionales. Te ayudamos a tramitar el abono transporte.
