- Payment method: Bank transfer.
- Empadronamiento (registration): Possible with a stay contract of 6 months or more.
- Admin fee and Deposit required: The admin fee varies by season; it’s a one-time, non-refundable payment due at check-in. The security deposit is also required, which is refundable.
