- If the booking is made ON THE SAME DAY, check-in must take place at least 48 HOURS LATER.
- If you move in on or after the 16th, Spotahome covers the first 30 days, and you have to pay the next month to the landlord before check in.
- Bills are not included and must be paid 150€/month. Admin fee is 1 month’s rent + bills + 21% VAT.
