The terrace getaway
Because I love being outside
Will I like it here?
Maybe. Is having an outdoor space important to you? You’re in luck. This wonderful little apartment has a terrace. Kick up your feet and relax. Eat at the table.
Really? Tell me more...
You can unwind indoors too. AC will keep you cool during heat waves. There’s a funky 60s-style sofa. Do your laundry while cooking dinner.
We think this is great for postgrads. You’re within a half hour walk from a few universities and faculties. Enjoy the best of student life. Enjoy your quiet neighborhood too.
Your top 3 reasons to live here:
- Unwind on the terrace – mix a cocktail and get a tan.
- Do laundry while you cook – kill two birds with one stone.
- Enjoy a double life – you're close to student pubs and quiet parks.
But you need to know this...
- The building doesn’t have an elevator – good thing you’re on the first floor.
Help me make up my mind...
This is a 1st floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Aurora in Madrid. You’re in a modern space with a terrace, AC, and washing machine. A funky sofa adds a fun vibe.
