  • University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property

  • Work contract: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
  • Proof that the salary of the tenantis at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
  • Last two Pay slips.
  • Spanish Vida Laboral, if applicable

***Important***If the request is accepted without requesting documentation, it is necessary to provide it within 3 days after the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.

  • Check-in: Check-in and the sign of the contract is at the apartment. Admin fee + Deposit + first month bills (when not included) must be paid at check in.
  • If check-in is after 19:00h, there is an additional fee of 40€ + VAT.
  • Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:
