- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, subject to the contract and applicable law.
- Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00, in accordance with the rental agreement and local regulations.
