This is a generously sized apartment, designed for comfortable living with everything within easy reach. The living area is remarkably spacious and bright, thanks to its windows that allow natural light and air to flood in. It features a sofa, television, and a dining area for four people, all in one open space. Separately, the kitchen is very spacious and offers ample storage. It's equipped with all the necessary appliances for daily life, including an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as a fold-down table for quick meals or extra workspace.

The sleeping area features a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes for your belongings and plenty of natural light. Adjacent to it is a separate study with a desk area, which will soon be converted into a second bedroom.
