🔒 Deposit

Equivalent to one month’s rent plus the utility bill amount for the first month.

It must be paid by bank transfer before start of the contract.

The deposit will be returned within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the contract, once all utility costs and the condition of the property have been checked.

📝 Admin Fee

• Equivalent to one month’s rent plus the utility bill amount.
• Payable in cash at check-in.

💬 Note: The utility fee may vary depending on the apartment (commonly €60/month). Please refer to your confirmation email for the exact amount.

💡 Example (if your rent is €600 and bills are €60):

• Deposit = €600 + €60 = €660
• Admin Fee = €600 + €60 = €660

🚪 Arrival & Departure

Check-in: Any day of the week

• Standard hours: 09:00 to 20:00 → Free
• Late check-in (20:00 to 24:00) → €50 fee

Check-out: Any day, before 12:00 AM on the last day of your contract

🛏️ Note: The apartment is fully furnished, but bed sheets, pillows, and towels are not provided — please bring your own.

Preferred stay periods:

• From September to December or September to January
• From January or February to June
• Full academic year stays are also welcome until end of June
• In July and August, short stays are welcome — even up to one month
