The landlord speaks English and does not live inside the apartment. The security deposit is 1 month. Should you choose to rent the apartment for more than 12 months (1 year), the price of rent will be €750 per month. Rent MUST be paid via bank transfer. The minimum lease is 270 days (9 months). The landlord is very serious about the lease minimum and we hope that you meet the minimum lease requirement.
