The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the Intercambiador de Moncloa metro stop, which has access to lines 3 and 6 of the metro and several bus lines. Line 6 takes you to Cuidad Universitaria in one stop. Also nearby is the Isla Filipinas metro with access to line 7, which is a direct line to IE Business School. Isla Filipinas is three stops from the Gregorio Marañón metro stop, or four stops to Avenida de America.
