🔒 Deposit & Admin Fee
No couples
To confirm your booking, both the deposit and the admin (reservation) fee must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
Once we receive both payments, we will:
- Send you the rental contract to sign digitally
- Add you to the WhatsApp group for your apartment before move-in
The deposit will be returned within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of your contract, once the condition of the property and utility expenses have been reviewed.
💡 Utilities:
Bills are included up to €50/month per tenant. Any excess will be shared among the tenants.
🛏️ Important Notes
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including kitchenware.
Bed sheets, pillows and towels are not provided — please bring your own.
