- NO CHECK OUTS IN DECEMBER OR FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY
- If your booking is for less than 5 weeks, you need to pay all in advance.
- Check-in/out:
- Check-in hours: Monday - Friday, 14:00 - 17:00
- Check-out at 10 am
- Special check-in hours can be arranged upon the disponibility of the staff and at an extra fee
- The contract will be signed at the landlord´s office on your check in day
- The maximum initial term is 3 months but you can extend your stay after that by providing enough notice to the landlord
- Documents to provide (please email this to your landlord as soon as your booking is confirmed) :
- Passport/Visa/ (Pre)settled status if needed.
- Guarantor letter if you are a student or unemployed
- 3 months' payslip or bank statement if you are a professional to prove you can pay the rent
- No more than one week between the available date and the check-in day is allowed.
If you do not complete the documentation successfully, you will need to pay for the whole rent upfront.
