- Check-in and check-out: from Monday to Friday, from 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
- Payment method: cash; bank transfer; credit card, online payment through website, PayPal
- One-off payment of one to two weeks' rent (depending on the length of stay) at check-in as a bill contribution for water, council tax, and broadband.

- You will need to return the landlord reservation form signed within 48 hours from your booking confirmation

- No more than one week between the available date and the check-in day is allowed.
