  3. My home cannot be used for registration or domiciliation with the local authority

  4. Only paid guests are allowed in the flat.

  5. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the flat.

  6. I am happy to keep your luggage after check out and you come back to collect it in case you cannot depart with your luggage at check-out time.

  7. You will be given house shoes to use in case you don't have yours as i do not allow outdoor shoes to be used inside the apartment.

  8. Do not open the door for anyone & make sure entrance door is closed (jammed) and locked with the provided keys as you come in and out of the house. Please always double check that you have locked the door properly as it can sometimes seems its locked but it isn't.

  9. The bathroom is shared with just me and my partner. We are extremely clean. You MUST keep it CLEAN after each use as I do not charge extra for cleaning. If you cannot Keep it Clean I will have to engage a Cleaner at your cost for £60 per clean.

  10. Please note that the kitchen is presently not available foe guest use.

  11. One wash of clothes per week is permitted only if you are to stay more than a week.

  12. I cherish my peace and quiet. So please keep it quiet when inside the apartment.
