- Payment it`s due in full within 24 hours from receiving the payment instructions and contract from the landlord. If payment is not received by the due time, the Landlord has the right to cancel the reservation. The reservation is confirmed only once payment and the signed contract have been received by the landlord.
- Term minimum 30 day up to 3 months
- ID will be required to be uploaded prior to check in and show upon check in for further verification
- Check in 3 pm and check out 11 am ( early and late arrival/departure can be requested and subject to availability and an extra fee might apply)
- Out of office hours check in past 6 pm and weekend might be required to pick up the keys from the main office in King`s Street Hamlet Gardens
- Pets may be considered upon request (Pet fee of 100€ would apply)
- Guests will receive a rental agreement and are bound by the contract which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
