6 – 8 months +20% of a basic price
4 – 5 months +30% of a basic price
2 – 3 months +40% of a basic price
1 month +50% of a basic price
*BASIC PRICE is a total of rental price from headline + bills
ADDITIONAL COSTS: 350 PLN fixed amount (water, heating, electricity, taxes and wastes) for room
700 PLN fixed amount (water, heating, electricity, taxes and wastes) for studio or flat
