Located in Santos, this home offers easy access to a variety of transports, such as the Santos train and metro station, buses and tram stops. Perfect for students at IADE (10 min walking), Universidade Lusíadas and Belas Artes da Faculdade de Lisboa.
The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking meals. All bills are included up to 30 euros. Pillows, duvet and bed sheets are not provided.
How does our Reservation Process work:
Once your room is booked here, you will receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to prepare the contract. You must then proceed with paying the last rent, deposit and entry fee directly to the landlord. Your check-in is authorized ONLY 24h after this payment is confirmed in our bank account and the contract is signed.
Our check-ins are from Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 7:30pm. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.

24-hour response
Landlords have a maximum of 24 hours to accept or reject your booking request. If the landlord accepts, you will be charged the first payment and we will put you in contact with your new landlord. If he/she refuses or does not reply, our team will provide you with new alternatives.
Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
