- It is necessary to inform the landlord before;
- A small contribution (around 15€) will be asked to help your flatmates with the gas bills;
- Deposit: 1 month’s rent

- After the 5th of every month:the Landlord will charge a daily fine of 50€ ;
- After the 9th of every month: the reservation is cancelled and the security deposit will not be refundable;
