Flat description: This 5-bedroom flat is located on the 4th floor and features 2.5 WC (one without a shower). The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs, and the living space is equipped with a TV. The fully furnished kitchen includes a washing machine for added convenience. Additionally, the building has a lift.

- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-in times during business hours are free; any other times will have to be accepted by us, and there could be a charge. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
